Refunds and returns for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products and how they are received, unfortunately I cannot accept returns or refunds once the product has been purchased. If you encounter any issues or have questions about the product, please get in touch via the contact page on my website and I will be happy to assist you.
Refunds and returns for physical products?
I accept returns for physical products within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must arrive in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once I have receive the returned product, I will process your refund in full within 3 working days.
Shipping information.
How long do you take to ship?
I dispatch all physical products within 1 week of purchase (unless otherwise noted or privately contacted) this gives me a window to fix any unforeseen circumstances that may effect the quality or satisfaction of your finished item.
Despite the 1 week window I always aim to keep dispatch times as fast as possible and normally ship within the first 2 days after your purchase.
Once a physical product has been shipped please remember I cannot control how fast local or international postage services deliver, holidays and seasonal busy periods may result in slower shipping which is sadly out of my control.
How do you ship items?
For UK based customers I only ship via fully tracked services to ensure we are both notified of delivery. Depending on the size of your item somebody may need to be present when delivery is taken, wether that be at your home address, work/family address or a friendly neighbours.
For global customers you can still choose a tracked option, however given International shipping can get quite expensive I also offer an international standard option if needed.
